Customers find the air conditioner reliable and effective at cooling rooms quickly, with one customer noting it works better than a 10,000 BTU model. The unit is easy to set up, has a neat appearance, and performs well, though opinions on noise level and value for money are mixed, with some finding it super quiet and worth the money while others find it too noisy and consider it a waste of money. The durability receives negative feedback, with multiple customers reporting it only lasted one summer.
