Customers find this electric kettle to be the best they’ve owned, appreciating its quick heating speed, pretty appearance with its nice color, and perfect size. They like its value for money and lighting features, with one customer noting how the blue light makes it easy to tell when it’s on. However, durability is a concern as the catch on the lid breaks after 5 months, and heat retention is problematic, with customers warning about the risk of getting burned with boiling water.
