Customers find the mattress to be of good quality, comfortable, and worth the price, with one customer noting the cooling gel feature keeps them comfortable throughout the night. The firmness and support receive mixed feedback – while some appreciate the perfect balance of softness and good posture support, others find it too firm and lacking edge support. The fit and size also get mixed reviews, with some saying it conforms nicely to their bodies while others report it doesn’t stay in place well and isn’t true to size.
