Customers love this vacuum/steam mop for its time-saving capabilities, cutting kitchen floor cleaning time in half. However, the cleaning performance and value for money receive mixed feedback – while some say it cleans floors well and is worth the money, others report it doesn’t do a good job and consider it a waste of money. Moreover, the product’s reliability and durability are concerning, with reports of the steam function stopping after a few uses and the water tank cracking after two years. Additionally, customers disagree on whether it leaves floors streaky, and there are issues with water leakage, particularly from the cord attachment point.
