Customers find the mattress comfortable, describing it as sleeping on clouds from Heaven and worth the price. The firmness and support receive mixed feedback – while some appreciate the perfect balance of softness and firmness, others find it softer than expected and report no support on the sides at all. The stability is also mixed, with some saying it holds its shape perfectly while others note the sides collapse with little support.
