Customers find the humidifier performs well, with one mentioning it works great in open concept living spaces, and they appreciate its ease of use and maintenance. The device provides good humidity levels, with one customer noting it maintains 45-50% humidity in their home. While the fill system receives mixed feedback, with some finding it easy to use while others find it difficult to fill, the noise level is a concern as it’s pretty noisy on anything but the lowest setting. Customers report durability issues, with units stopping after two days of use, and the fan speed control is problematic as the higher settings are considered useless.
