Customers find the electric kettle performs well, heats water quickly, and appreciate its compact size that’s perfect for one person who loves hot tea. They like its color options and ease of use, with one customer noting the wide opening makes cleaning easy. The heating performance receives mixed feedback – while the water boils in two minutes, the handle at top and bottom becomes uncomfortably hot. The kettle’s reliability is concerning, with reports of the switch failing after about 13 months of use, and opinions on value are divided between those who find it worth the price and those who consider it not worth the money.
