Customers like the toaster’s quality, appearance, and slot size, particularly appreciating the large slots for bagels. However, the reliability and toasting efficiency receive mixed feedback – while some say it works well and toasts evenly, others report issues with heating elements not working and uneven toasting. Moreover, the durability is concerning as customers report it lasting only 6 months before breaking, and the toast ejection mechanism fails to pop toast up when finished. Additionally, the settings receive mixed reviews, with customers loving the dual settings but noting the absence of a bagel setting.
