Will these TV Speakers work with my smart Samsung TV?

Yes, these wireless TV speakers work with LG, Samsung, SONY, VIZIO, Panasonic, TCL, Roku, Hisense, Sharp, Toshiba, Sanyo and nearly ALL TVs on the market. Pls check if there is Digital Optical Audio Out, RCA or a headphone out port on your TV.

Does the SIMOLIO wireless TV speakers mute the TV sound?

It actually depends on your TV’s settings. For most smart TV models, they have option to play audio from both the TV’s internal speakers and an external audio device simultaneously.

Why there is no sound under optical connection?

What you are experiencing is an incorrect audio format in Netflix and/or your TV. Pls check your Netflix app audio options. If surround sound (5.1) is selected, try changing it to Stereo (PCM). Additionally, please update TV’s audio settings to PCM.

The sound cuts in and out or is intermittent, how do I fix this?

1.Check the volume on your TV/TV box. Generally we would recommend an average VOL of 30%-40% on the TV & TV box.

2.Remove any possible source of WiFi interference.

3.Make sure all cables are securely connected.

4.Restart the TV speaker system.

Can I leave this portable TV speaker plugged in all the time?

To prevent battery swelling, avoid charging the speaker during use. If using an AC adapter to power the speaker, it’s recommended to remove the battery first for optimal performance.
