Customers find the electric kettle performs well, heats water quickly, and is easy to use. They appreciate its appearance, particularly the fancy LED light, and consider it good value for money. However, durability is a concern as multiple customers report the kettle breaking after one week of use. The boiling performance receives mixed feedback, with some saying it heats water as expected while others mention it boils over the top.
