Customers find the office chair easy to assemble and well-built, with adjustable armrests that lift out of the way. The durability receives mixed feedback – while some say it’ll last for years, others report the faux leather tearing. Moreover, the lumbar support and firmness get mixed reviews, with some praising the back support while others find it lacking, and some describing the cushioning as firm while others find it too hard. Additionally, stability is mixed, with some noting it leans back well while others say it doesn’t tilt back as much as desired.
