Customers find the mattress pad to be of good quality, with deep pockets that accommodate 10″ thick mattresses, and appreciate its comfort and cushioning. Moreover, the mattress cover stays in place without sliding or bunching up, and washes well. However, opinions about the material are mixed, with some customers noting it feels more like polyester than cotton.
