Customers find the duster easy to use for quick dusting and appreciate its washable microfiber heads that can be rinsed in the sink. Moreover, the extendability allows them to reach high spots and hard-to-reach areas. However, the durability receives mixed feedback, with several customers reporting that the telescoping handle pieces fell apart. The dust removal effectiveness is also mixed, with some customers noting that dust clings to the duster instead of floating off.
