What you need?

Low Voltage Wire / Long Wire (Not included in this set)

For low voltage landscape lighting, 14 or 12 gauge wire with 2 strands will work just fine.

Low Voltage Wire Connector (Included 12 wire connectors in this set)

The wire connectors are used to connect the two short wire strands that extend from each light to the long wire.

Low Voltage Transformer (Not included in this set)

Low voltage transformer is used to convert the standard home line voltage (usually 110 volts) to a lower voltage (usually 12 or 24 volts).

How to connect the two short wire strands that extend from each light to the long wire?

Split the long wire to two strands (each strands uses a connector), tap the metal prongs on the connector directly into your long wire and then tighten down the connector.Slid the two short wire strands that extend from each light into the wire holder on the connector, and then tighten down the connector.

How to attach the long wire to the landscape lighting transformer?

Use a wire stripper to remove the plastic wire casing from about 1/2” of wire.Insert the bare wire into the slot on the transformer and use a screwdriver to tighten the little metal screws on the back of the transformer that clamp down on the wire.

Why choose a low voltage system instead of 110v systems?

Low voltage landscape lighting operates at a significantly lower voltage of 12 or 24 volts, reducing the risk of electric shock and fire, ensuring the safety of your family, guests, and pets. They are also highly energy-efficient, saving you money on your electricity bills while still providing a brilliant and long-lasting illumination.

12V 24V Low Voltage Landscape Lights: Low voltage landscape light is the most popular outdoor lighting option for residential use. It improves the beauty, safety and security of any home, and lets you enjoy your outdoor living spaces after the sun goes down. They can be installed along walkways, steps, and driveways, or pointing up at trees, walls, and fences.
High Performance & Long Service Life: We used 18 first-class SMD LED chips for this spotlight, they provide higher brightness and longer service life (up to 50,000 hours) than those with only 1 COB LED chip. And its aluminum shell has better thermal diffusivity and sturdiness than plastic one.
IP65 Waterproof Rating: This pathway light has excellent waterproof performance with IP65 waterproof rating, it gives protection against low pressure water jets from any direction, as well as condensation and water spray. Ideal for outdoor wet locations.
Easy Installation: You can put these landscape lights anywhere you want, and then use the provided connectors (each light comes with 2 conncetors) to connect the low voltage electric cable. Extra accessories needed – low voltage transformer, low voltage electric cable (not included in this sets).
