Customers find the water leak sensor excellent in quality, easy to set up, and appreciate its loud alarm and app notifications. They consider it good value for money. However, the sensor’s reliability and connectivity receive mixed feedback, with some reporting it works right away while others say it fails too often and won’t stay connected to Home Assistant. Additionally, water resistance is also mixed, with some customers noting it detects even small drops while others mention it only works when there’s a puddle of water.
