Customers find the mop easy to use and effective at cleaning real wood floors, picking up dirt and dust without leaving streaks. However, the product receives mixed feedback about its effectiveness, with some saying it works well while others report issues with the sprayer not working properly. Moreover, durability is a concern as the plastic gets brittle and the handle snaps off frequently during use. Additionally, the bottle connectivity is problematic, with customers reporting that the cap to fill won’t come off and the mop head pops right off in the middle of mopping. While some customers consider it worth the money, others find it overpriced.
