No, essential oils is not allowed in this humidifier; Short press the Lock button to turn the light on or off.

Why has my stainless steel water reservoir turned yellow?

It could be limescale or an oxide layer. You can soak it in vinegar or citric acid solution to remove it. If that doesn’t work, use a stainless steel cleaning paste.

What is the difference between the steam humidifiers and ultrasonic humidifiers?

Steam humidifiers convert liquid water into vapor, while ultrasonic humidifiers do not. If you use hard water, ultrasonic humidifiers will release minerals into the air, which will settle on surfaces and form white dust.

Why is there no mist output?

The humidifier requires 20 to 40 minutes to heat the water before mist is emitted. The lower the room temperature, the more visible the mist will be. Humidification capacity depends on the water consumption rate.
