Customers find the fabric softener effective and appreciate its nice scent, with one noting it works better than Downy. The product is economical, lasts a long time, and requires only a small amount for each load. While many customers report it doesn’t irritate sensitive skin, some experience allergic reactions. The consistency receives mixed feedback, with several customers describing it as very watery.
