Customers find the smart relay switch works well, is compact enough to fit behind standard wall boxes, and offers good value for money. They appreciate its control capabilities, with one customer mentioning it can control two separate light switches or motorized blinds. The connectivity and setup receive mixed feedback – while some praise the great WiFi reception, others report connection issues, and while some find it easy to install, others find the setup process difficult.
