Customers find the smart plug extremely easy to set up and appreciate its individual control of two outlets, with one mentioning it’s great for controlling holiday lights. However, the connectivity is problematic, with multiple customers reporting it won’t connect to the 2nd gen bridge and has spotty Wi-Fi performance. Moreover, the product receives mixed feedback about its functionality and quality, with some finding it great while others consider it terrible. Additionally, durability and value for money are concerns, with customers reporting it stops working after a year and considering it not worth the cost.
