Customers find these pillows to be of hotel quality, comfortable, and worth the money, with many comparing them to hotel pillows. The softness and support receive mixed feedback – while some find them fluffy and supportive for head and neck, others say they’re too firm and lack neck support. Moreover, the size and flatness aspects are also mixed, with some appreciating the queen size while others find them too huge, and while some say they don’t flatten, others report they go flat when laying on them.
