Customers find the vacuum cleaner performs well, particularly on hard surfaces and with dog hair, and appreciate its powerful suction that automatically adjusts based on floor type. The battery life receives mixed feedback – while some say it’s very good, others report it doesn’t last at all. Cleaning performance is also mixed, with some saying it picks up pet hair and debris easily while others find it not great with pet hair. The vacuum’s reliability is concerning, with multiple customers reporting it stops working after about 10 seconds. While some find it fairly light, others consider it heavy, and opinions on value for money are divided between those who find it worth the money and those who don’t.
