Customers find the mattress luxurious in quality and comfortable, with many reporting better sleep and waking up without back aches. The firmness receives mixed feedback – while the top layer is soft, some find it too firm, and the cooling effect is also mixed, with some finding it truly cooling while others say it’s too warm. Durability and ease of use also get mixed reviews, with some finding it extremely durable and easy to set up, while others report it starting to sag and find setup difficult.
