Customers find the tower fan performs well, with good cooling capabilities and a handy remote control. However, the noise level receives mixed feedback, with some finding it super quiet while others say it’s the loudest fan. Moreover, the airflow and power performance are mixed, with some saying it circulates air very well while others report low air flow and lack of power. Additionally, the reliability is concerning as some units stopped working after 2 days, and opinions on value are divided between those who find it well worth the money and those who consider it a waste of money.
