Customers find the smart lock easy to install and set up, with quick and accurate fingerprint scans and the ability to lock/unlock from phones. However, the battery life lasts only about 2 weeks fully charged, and customers disagree on whether it’s worth the money. Moreover, the fingerprint recognition and locking mechanism receive mixed feedback – while some find it highly convenient, others find it frustrating. Additionally, connectivity experiences are mixed, with some customers reporting easy WiFi setup while others experience connection issues.
