How to Use Our N20 Steam

Select Steam Wash mode. Wait about 35s until steam comes out. Spray steam directly on the stain. Let the steam soak in. Press the nozzle firmly against the fabric (no gaps, apply a little pressure), then extract while moving slowly. Stain gone, fabric clean — no sticky residue.

How to get the best steam performance?

Please check that the clean water tank is filled. Select Steam Wash or Steam mode, then wait about 35 seconds until the steam icon stays solid. To maintain steam performance, descale the machine every 6 months using the citric acid descaler.

How to maintain strong suction?

Please make sure the machine is powered on and not in Steam mode. Check that the dirty water tank is installed correctly and not full. Clean any debris from the brush head and hose, then run the hose self-cleaning cycle.

How to prevent water from dripping during use?

Please make sure the hose and all tanks are installed correctly. If the standard brush drips when tilted, it’s usually caused by residual condensation in the hose and is normal.

Can I use other cleaning solutions with this machine?

For the best cleaning performance and to help protect your machine, we recommend using only N20 Steam fabric cleaning solution.

How to get my machine to dispense water?

Please make sure the machine is powered on and the clean water tank is filled. Check that the hose is not kinked or blocked, then run the hose self-cleaning cycle to clear the water path.
