How did we get our start?

Our journey began with years of experience in bamboo materials and furniture development. Working closely with experienced production teams, we set out to bring the strength, natural grain, and warm character of bamboo into more everyday homes.

Why Bamboo?

Naturally strong and rapidly renewable, bamboo requires less material reprocessing than particleboard. The result is durable furniture with natural character and a lighter environmental footprint.

Is bamboo furniture waterproof? Can water damage it?

The NC clear lacquer helps protect the surface from occasional splashes, but moisture should be wiped away promptly. Avoid standing water, prolonged dampness, and consistently hot or humid environments, as extended moisture exposure may affect the finish or material over time.

Can bamboo furniture be painted or refinished?

It depends on the model and materials used. Sanding or painting may affect the original appearance and protective finish. Please refer to the product listing for model-specific details before refinishing.

LAUNDRY HAMPER WITH LID – This dual laundry hamper has a fixed bamboo lid with a metal hinge that makes it easy to open and close. The whole idea of the basket is to conceal your dirty laundry and make your space look cleaner, which is why those with lids are far better than those without.
2 SECTIONS LAUNDRY HAMPER – Dimensions: 18.3” L x 18.3” D x 25.6” H, Volume: 120L, Large double laundry hamper easily moves up to 66 lbs of clothes, blankets, and towels. 2 Separate compartments help you to sort and organize your laundry. Dark and light colored clothes can be placed separately, so there is no need to do sorting when preparing the laundry.
REMOVEABLE LINER BAG – Stable bamboo construction will outlast loads of laundry, the divided liner bag is removable. When it’s time to do the laundry, just lift the lid and take out the inner bag, the bamboo laundry basket itself can stay where it is, as a decorative detail for any room. Removable liner bag with handles makes it easy to move this laundry basket from room to room. Please do not put the liner bag into the washing machine, it cannot be used as a laundry bag.
MOISTURE PROOF RAISED FEET – Great to have in the bathroom since the raised feet at the bottom prevent moisture from the floor from being absorbed and damaging the divided laundry hamper, also ensure that your clothes don’t come in contact with the floor. Of course, it is a good choice for the bedroom, laundry room, and mudroom.
BAMBOO LAUNDRY BASKET – Made from bamboo, a natural material that spreads a calm, warm feeling that transforms any room into a pleasant oasis for body and soul. To match a variety of styles, we paint the surface of the bamboo white or espresso, and of course natural bamboo, you can choose from depending on the color of your other furniture.
MORE THAN JUST A LAUNDRY ORGANIZER – With or without removing the white inner bag, you can use this bamboo basket for storing more than just laundry, like your child’s toys, books, cushions, etc.
EASY TO ASSEMBLE – Comes with detailed and illustrated instructions and required hardware for a worry-free assembly. Any problem please feel free to contact Homykic customer support, we will reply to you ASAP within 24 hours.
Customers find the laundry hamper to be of good quality, sturdy, and easy to assemble, with one noting it’s a nice piece to display in the laundry room. The hamper fits well in closets and holds a good amount of laundry, though opinions on value for money are mixed, with some considering it a great deal while others find it overpriced for the material. The lid closure receives negative feedback, with customers reporting that it doesn’t stay up and the hinges don’t close completely. Durability is also mixed, with some finding it durable while others report issues with the bag ripping early on.
