Customers appreciate the door knobs’ appearance, particularly the matte black finish, and find them convenient and easy to install, with several backup keys provided. However, the quality and functionality receive mixed reviews – while some find them excellent and working well, others report low quality and issues with one not working. Moreover, durability is a concern as some units break internally after a few weeks of use, and customers find them difficult to use, with one mentioning the door knob turns with difficulty.
