Customers praise the vacuum’s lightweight design and powerful motor right out of the box. The cleaning performance receives mixed feedback – while it excels at picking up dog hair and dirt, some report it doesn’t pick up hair well. The durability is concerning, with multiple customers reporting the vacuum breaking within three months, and the cord length is criticized for being too short. The quality and value for money also receive mixed reviews, with some considering it the best they’ve owned while others find it not worth the price.
