Customers find the smart door lock easy to install and use, with good features like auto-lock and multiple user settings. However, the connectivity and battery life receive mixed feedback – while some report intermittent connectivity issues and quick battery drain, others say it’s worth the price. Moreover, durability is a concern as units break after a year, and the auto-unlock feature fails to work properly.
