Customers find this electric kettle to be a good investment, appreciating its perfect 1-liter size for home use and completely stainless steel interior. The heating speed is quick, and customers like its appearance, with one noting its nice finish both inside and out. The auto shut-off feature works well, though some report issues with it not working properly. The heat output receives mixed feedback – while the exterior stays cool to the touch, some customers mention the handle getting extremely hot.
