[3-in-1 Environmental Monitoring] The Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensor combines three essential functions, allowing you to easily monitor your home’s environment. It accurately measures temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure, ensuring you stay informed about your living conditions. All data is tracked in real time and displayed via the Aqara App, enabling you to monitor trends and make adjustments for a healthier and more comfortable home environment.
[Accurate Measurement] Equipped with a high-quality sensor from the industry-leading manufacturer, the zigbee temperature sensor offers outstanding measurement accuracy, with a temperature precision of ±0.3°C (-15°C to 50°C / -4°F to 122°F) and humidity precision of ±3% (0–100%). Experience unparalleled accuracy for your indoor climate monitoring.
[Remote Monitoring and Home Automation] Monitor your home’s temperature and humidity anytime, anywhere via the compatible app. When the room temperature reaches above or below a certain threshold, the Aqara temperature sensor can send alerts or trigger the Aqara Hub. Additionally, the Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensor can control other connected devices, such as Aqara Smart Plugs, to automatically adjust fans or humidifiers, maintaining a comfortable environment for you and your family.
[Long Battery Life] Designed for versatility, the sensor includes strong 3M adhesive for easy mounting in basements, greenhouses, pet houses, wine cellars, or for humidifier or thermostat monitoring in nurseries. It offers ultra-low power consumption and can last up to 2 years. Note: Remove the plastic battery tab before activation. If disconnected, check and replace the batteries if needed.
[Proximity] For stable connectivity and accurate temperature and humidity data transmission, ensure that the Aqara Zigbee temperature humidity sensor is placed within 400 inches of the Aqara Zigbee Hub (not 3rd-Party). The hub and Wi-Fi router should also be within the same distance and connected to the same Local Area Network (LAN). Zigbee2MQTT and comparable third-party USB dongles are not officially supported by Aqara. Full product functionality may be limited or unavailable.
Customers find the temperature and humidity sensor easy to set up and appreciate its compact size. The sensor quality receives positive feedback, with customers considering it the best HomeKit temp/humidity sensor. However, the connectivity, accuracy, and value for money show mixed results – while some report flawless connections and accurate readings, others experience connection issues and random temperature readings. Moreover, durability is a concern as units fail within three months, and battery life is criticized for being short-lived.
