Customers find the carpet cleaner works well on small areas and is particularly effective at cleaning pet messes, with one customer noting it gets deep into fabric to remove dirt and odors. Moreover, the machine is easy to use and convenient, and customers appreciate its stain removal capabilities, especially for pet stains. However, the quality and value for money receive mixed reviews, with some finding it fantastic while others consider it terrible, and some saying it’s worth the purchase while others find it not worth the money. Additionally, customers report issues with leakage, particularly with the stain trapper attachment, and note that the machine has very little suction.
