How to Clean?
Deep Clean – Per manual, clean tank, base, and vibrating disc/filter. You can Soak scale in vinegar/citric acid for 30 mins, then scrub.
Daily Care – Change water every 3 days to prevent bacteria and scale. Clean tank and core parts weekly. If not using, empty and fully dry the tank.
How to add water?
Method 1: Pour water directly into the humidifier’s top water inlet; excess will flow into the tank automatically.
Method 2: Unplug the humidifier, remove the base from the tank, fill the tank with water, and reattach the base.
How does the humidity sensor work?
Different hygrometer calibration methods can cause variations in humidity readings. In Auto mode, the humidifier senses room humidity and adjusts mist output gear to keep it around 70%. In regular mode, the humidifier emits a constant mist.
I’m seeing white powder around my humidifier — is this normal?
Yes, totally normal! It’s just natural minerals from your tap water settling as harmless powder. We suggest you use purified water, distilled water, or cooled boiled water (tap water that has been boiled and then cooled) to avoid powder.
Do other humidifiers produce less white dust?
Yes — weaker atomizers mean less mist and less white dust. Our 3-core system is 3x more powerful, dispersing all minerals from your water. For zero dust, just use filtered water.
Where is this humidifier used?
Ideal for living rooms, homes, greenhouses, warehouses, and offices. Note: In bedrooms, place farther from the bed to avoid disturbing sleep, as the water pump might tick when drawing water.
