Customers find the steam cleaner effective at cleaning floors, with one noting it handles dried messes well, and appreciate its maneuverability as it practically propels itself around. The device is lightweight and reduces mopping time by half, though battery life is limited to 15-20 minutes per charge. Durability is a concern as units break after 5 months of use, and while some customers say it leaves floors streak-free, others report it can leave swirl marks. Value for money receives mixed feedback, with some considering it a best purchase while others find it not worth the cost.
