Customers appreciate the air conditioner’s compact size and powerful airflow, with the remote control working well as a nice bonus feature. The cooling performance receives mixed feedback – while some say it cools rooms effectively, others report it doesn’t work at all. Moreover, the noise level and quality get mixed reviews, with some finding it quieter than previous units while others say it’s loud, and while some consider it one of the best bedroom units, others find it poor quality. Additionally, durability is a concern as units break after a few months, and the reset settings are problematic as the temperature resets to 72 degrees every time it’s turned on.
