Customers find the coffee maker makes great hot coffee and is straightforward to use. However, the reliability and durability receive mixed feedback – while some say it works fine, others report the heating element failing and it breaking within 6 months of use. Moreover, the clock issues are significant, with customers noting it jumps ahead in time and constantly resets. Additionally, the auto shut-off feature doesn’t work properly, and opinions on value for money are divided between those who consider it good value and those who feel it’s overpriced.
