Customers find the mop performs well and is easy to rinse. However, the quality and value for money receive mixed reviews, with some loving it while others find it poor quality and not worth the price. Moreover, durability is a concern as the mop breaks off at first use and doesn’t stay together. Additionally, assembly instructions are unclear, and customers report issues with water absorption, noting it holds too much water and is flimsy.
