Customers find these pillows perfect as described, comfortable, and appreciate their support, with one noting they maintain shape well overnight. The firmness receives mixed feedback, with some finding them medium firm while others say they’re too soft, and opinions on value are divided between those who find great quality for the price and those who consider them not worth buying. The size is problematic as they are much smaller than advertised, and while some say they don’t get flat easily, others find them extremely flat. The fullness aspect is also mixed, with some appreciating the fill while others say they don’t fill standard pillowcases adequately.
