Customers find the dishwand kit effective for cleaning dishes, particularly praising its ability to handle stuck-on foods without requiring soaking. They appreciate its convenience as a must-have kitchen tool, and one customer mentions it makes quick scrubbing easier. However, the product receives mixed feedback about its quality and value for money, with some loving it while others find it terrible and not worth the cost. Moreover, durability is a concern as the sponges detach from the base and soap leaks from the cap.
